Territory Manager - Wisconsin

?? About the Role:

Dakota Storage Buildings is on the hunt for a dynamic Territory Manager to drive growth and deepen relationships across Wisconsin. In this role, you’ll identify and launch new display partners, consult with retailers, and represent Dakota Storage's premium outdoor structures. You’ll be our boots on the ground—equal parts sales expert, brand ambassador, and customer champion.

?? What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain retail display partnerships across Wisconsin
  • Drive revenue growth through a consultative sales approach
  • Own the full sales cycle—from outreach to post-sale support
  • Keep display lots clean, stocked, and brand-aligned
  • Input and manage data in our CRM and ERP systems
  • Provide market insights to help shape strategy

?? What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in B2B/B2C field sales, territory management, or retail partner development
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven record of meeting targets
  • Self-driven, tech-savvy, and able to manage your time like a pro
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with EOS (or similar frameworks) strongly preferred
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in outdoor structures, home improvement, or retail partnerships
